Still out against Dallas
Rozier (illness) won't play in Thursday's game versus the Mavericks.
Analysis
Rozier will miss his second straight contest Thursday due to a stomach bug that is going around the Heat's locker room. Davion Mitchell and Alec Burks should continue to receive increased playing time in his absence. Rozier's next chance to suit up will come after the All-Star break against Dallas on Feb. 21.

Ruled out with illness
Rozier (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Thunder, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Analysis
Rozier is battling a stomach flu and won't be able to play Wednesday against Oklahoma City. The veteran guard is averaging 12.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game while shooting 40.7 percent from the floor and 30.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Analysis
Duncan Robinson was also a late addition to the injury report with a stomach illness, and both players were held out of the morning shootaround. Meanwhile, Tyler Herro (illness) and Jaime Jaquez are still carrying questionable tags. With so many players iffy to suit up, this is a situation to monitor closely.

Rozier registered 20 points (6-15 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 31 minutes off the bench during Friday's 102-86 loss to the Nets.
Analysis
The Heat were shorthanded in the wake of the Jimmy Butler deal, and Rozier wound up leading all scorers on the night. The veteran guard has been on a role of late, scoring at least 19 points and draining multiple three-pointers in four of the last five games -- a stretch in which Rozier is averaging 17.2 points, 4.4 boards, 3.0 assists and 3.0 threes in 30.6 minutes a contest while shooting 41.7 percent from beyond the arc. Given his recent production, his role and usage may not change much once Andrew Wiggins and Davion Mitchell are cleared to join the Miami lineup.
