Back to bench Wednesday

Jackson will go back to the second unit Wednesday as a result of Tyrese Maxey's return to the starting lineup, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

Analysis

Jackson started Tuesday for Maxey, who missed the game against the Thunder due to a hand injury. With Jackson back on the bench, expect him to see a decline in minutes moving forward.

Starting sans Maxey

Jackson will enter the starting lineup in Tuesday's game against the Thunder.

Analysis

With Tyrese Maxey (hand) sidelined, Jackson will get the starting nod for the first time this season. The veteran guard has received inconsistent playing time thus far, and over his last five outings, he has averaged 5.0 points and 1.2 rebounds across 11.0 minutes per contest.
